Manual School Visitor Pass Systems

Our School Visitor/Contractor Pass System is used by many schools throughout Australia to help them effectively manage access to their schools and make official Visitors and Contractors easily recognisable by Staff and Students. Furthermore our system help provide a record of any incidents that may have taken place, so the information is available for future usage in the event of a claim.

The key features to our system include:

A binder to house the book of printed passes looks neat and professional at your school reception

Provides an accurate up to date register of all visitors and contractors to your premises

Visitors Register helps keep individual sign in details confidential by the use of a security sheet, and therefore helps comply with national privacy legislation

All visitors automatically receive a Visitor pass with their details when they record their name in the Register

                                                                                           
The pass identifies and validates all visitors to your premises

Using Compact's school Visitor Identification System, each visitor is required to 'sign-in'.

A Visitor's Pass is provided, identifying their status to all staff and security personnel.   

A Carbonised Line Entry completes the visitor's register. 'Time In' is recorded at entry, with 'Time Out' noted at departure, allowing management to see who is currently on the premises.

A Confidential Security Sheet over the Visitor's Book conceals all previous details from view as each visitor signs in.

The pass is folded in half and inserted in a pass holder and worn by one visitor.
