The Compact Visitors Pass System is used by many organisations throughout Australia to help them comply with the guidelines laid out by the National Occupational Health & Safety Commission.
It states "Your duty of care obligations under OHS law extend to anyone entering your workplace including contractors, their employees and visitors".

The key features to our system include:


The presentation folder and printed passes help to project your corporate image and create a favourable first impression                                                                                             Provides an accurate up to date register of all visitors to your premises
Visitors Register is totally confidential from anyone signing in, and therefore complies with privacy legislation
All visitors automatically receive a personalised Visitor pass when they record their name in the Visitors Register

The pass identifies and validates all visitors to your premises

Using Compact's Visitor Identification System, each visitor is required to 'sign-in'.

A Visitor's Pass is provided, identifying their status to all staff and security personnel.             A Carbonised Line Entry completes the visitor's register. 'Time In' is recorded at entry, with 'Time Out' noted at departure, allowing management to see who is currently on the premises.                                                                                                                          A Confidential Security Sheet over the Visitor's Book conceals all previous details from view as each visitor signs in.

The pass is folded in half and inserted in a pass holder and worn by the visitor.
