School Systems
Our system for student late arrival is simple, and ensures students who are late
for attend lessons throughout the school day.
A pass is given to the student upon their arrival and the student then takes
the pass to each lesson and shows it to each teacher or staff member involved.

to produce the pass
at each lesson

-- Master copy is retained for school records
Package details
The basic package consists of a binder and passbook that is numbered on the passes
and the record sheet. The books contain a privacy sheet so previous entries are
hidden. You can have the basic book or if you wish we can customise the book to
your requirements by adding your specific wording and logo with colours.
Our School Record
of Absence system is a visible solution to track problem of unathorised absence
and provides a attendance exception record of students in case of an emergency such
as fire drill
Authorised absence passes allow teachers and staff (or other interested parties)
to identify those students who are officially allowed off school premises during
school hours. Those who do not possess a slip can be returned to school or reported.
For students who loose
their slip, or phone in the system can easily be referred to and confirm those students
who are authrorised to be away from the premises and those who are not.
