Contractor Systems

  Our contractor management system will help you implement OH&S systems for your site. You can control the access of contractors to your site, which protects contractors, visitors and staff. Our system will help identify any high risk activities and the need for permits to work that will enable safe work practices.

  Our Contractor Pass system works in just the same way as our visitor books, except it captures more details for contractors. The books are held in place in a tough and rigid binder that contains a useful clear A4 size wallet to display permanent instructions. The contractor completes their details and enters other relevant information in line with the instructions. A copy of all of the information is captured automatically onto the register underneath the pass through the use of carbon paper. To ensure that privacy laws are adhered to, a privacy sheet is used between the pass and the register. The pass is torn from the book folded in half and inserted in a clear pass holder which when worn displays the essential details of the contractor.

  On the exposed edge of the register there is an area provided for the contractor to sign out on exit. This is important because in the event of evacuation the register will provide the information of all contractors currently on site, so it can be used for a roll call when at the emergency assembly point. Our contractor pass designs can be customised to suit your requirements. We design your passes with you corporate image, logo and any specific wording relevant to your site or conditions.
